Let me first say these would have been better if I had eaten them right away. I waited an hour or so after they were made, so they were soggy. I would recommend reheating them in the oven!😊 These tasted really good. They were made with #glutenfree cassava chips, a creamy avocado and cheeae sauce, beans, corn, onions, peppers and jackfruit. This has been the only jackfruit that I've liked! It didn't even taste like jackfruit. It was smokey and had such a great texture. We did get 10% off these nachos, but if I had paid full price, my only recommendation would be that they could definitely use a bit more toppings. Everything here is gluten free and #vegan and they specialize in making healthy meals with nutritious ingredients.
