Absolutely delicious! The barbacoa taco had a great texture and a delicious flavor. Definitely one of my favorite tacos, vegan or not. It went great with the tres leche cake cup. The mix of ingredients gave it exactly what you need from a street taco. #tacos #mexican #vegan4life
