I couldn’t find Flora Force which I normally get so I went with this. More expensive than the other brand but then I saw this has 60 capsules instead of 30. Suddenly it was making a lot of financial sense! Each capsule contains 200 mg of DHA.
R489.95 at Wellness Warehouse. A hefty amount in one go but these should last me about five months as I take three supplements a week.
They have an oceany scent and a slight algae taste but nothing hectic 🌊
