Lightlife smart ground Mexican style crumbles are the perfect #lazyvegan quick heat and eat meal!! Seasoned perfectly, I mixed these crumbles with 365 Whole Foods Marketblack beans and airfryed on 375 for about 10 minutes stirring once 1/2 way through.
Spread some unsweetened @kitehill plain yogurt (when out of sour cream) then the grounds, some shredded lettuce, homemade pico de gallo, avocado 🥑 slices and a drizzle of your favorite salsa!! So so good!
This would be great in meal prep burritos and on nachos!! Gotta try that next!!
