first of all, i loved that this sandwich was on marbled rye. i also appreciated the hefty amount of sauerkraut and the side pickles. the tempeh was well-prepared too. although i don’t think it’s like hyper-realistic or anything, it was a good reuben and i feel like it was a really good sandwich for the low price!
