This is on the menu as a tuna poke bowl with the option to sub crispy tofu. I confirmed with the server that it was vegan and she was coincidentally vegan herself!
This was really good and the orange miso dressing added a nice spin on the traditional bowl. The tofu was beautifully seasoned and crispy.
Umbrella Bar has nice views of Dows Lake. They’re known for their burgers (see their sister spot, Umbrella Burger) which unfortunately don’t have vegan options for buns, so I was pleasantly surprised with this dish!
