🇫🇷 This was the culinary high point 🏔️of my two weeks in France. 🤩The cream/custard on this fraisier was divine and I was simply in heaven savouring every bite. I was so happy to finally get to try a 🍓strawberry patisserie. It’s €6.50 to take away for this. This is an all🌱 vegan chain of bakeries in 🗼Paris. We always go well out of our way every time in Paris to go to this chain. I think they are trying to open new locations as a franchise if any one is interested. They have the most amazing quiche too. 😋 #french #veganinfrance #allveganpatisserie

I've started to follow them on Instagram. I wish them all of success and a huge expansion. Let them take the whole of France by storm. I still don't understand why the whole bakery universe doesn't massively shift to vegan more quickly, as it's easy to create the most deliciously refined cakes and pastries totally vegan.💚🌱🌍
