Bio Oil is specially made for scars. I have been using on my post op knee twice a day for the last week and have noticed a fading of the scar. It's 5 weeks since I took the last photo.
The company reccomends using for a few weeks.
So far so good and it's keeping my knee moisturised too. I had noticed it has liquid parafin😢 in the ingredients along with the variety of oils including lavender, calendula and rosemary.
. To be honest I prefer to use pure aloe Vera fresh from the plant of which I have many but they are unreviewable.
