I couldn’t ask for a better Friday night #lazyvegan meal! Crispy, topping loaded and super tasty 😋 flatbread by Daiya!! I usually end up adding more toppings with most frozen pizzas 🍕 but dang this one didn’t need any extra toppings! We loved it! The 1st time I baked this following the minimum cooking time from instructions it actually burned a tad but I loved it!! Was super crispy and it gave the red onions and bacon bits an amazing flavor! The second time I cooked it I think I took it out at 11 or 12 minutes and hubby liked it better with the crust slightly soft and chewy! Ranch gives it a tasty creamy saucy flavor that really shines in this flatbread! I would most definitely 👍🏼 purchase this in the future and maybe bring to a family gathering where I can convince the non vegan fam that #veganisnotscary and it can be done without harming any animals!!
