It was really different than I expected. Reminded me of quark a lot. The vegan cheese is really soft. And pretty sour, a little too sour for my taste. Not something I would buy again. I used it in a pasta salad with pasta, carrot, tomato, olives and tofu. Got it at an organic store in Zwolle, named Odin. #greekvegan #vegancheese #veganisnotscary
