I usually take "products with added protein" on Sunday morning before I start cooking mealprep, they keep me full so I'm not snacking from everything I'm cooking, this one didn't keep me satisfied, it's tasty but I'm not buying it again, for a simple chocolate pudding I can find cheaper alternatives
