Hodo means ‘Good Bean’ in a mash-up of Cantonese & Mandarin - and boy do they mean it! This company claims that their soy beans pack more protein than regular soy providers - which is never a bad thing if you’re plant based.
These crumbles are just the right amount of spicy, featuring chipotle, lime & oregano. They are divine in a taco or burrito with peppers, some jalapeños, and plenty of guac 🥑
