I saw these at Trader Joe’s and decided to give them a try as I don’t particularly like canned black-eyed peas. These were OK on their own, but much better mixed in with mustard greens and served over grits. I much prefer black-eyed peas cooked from scratch however, so not sure I would buy this product again, but they were certainly easy!
