This dish is known as 卤肉饭 in Chinese. Stewed minced meat over rice.
Over here, it tasted like mushroom bits and seitan were used instead..
It came with a very tasty herbal soup with meatballs made with mushrooms, wolfberries and Chinese herbs.

I ordered an additional piece of dau gua (firm tofu) on the side.
