Kellogg'sのSpecial K Zero - Cinnamon —beckyyyのレビュー（2023年7月23日）

I was intrigued when I spotted this cereal at Grocery Outlet. 18 grams of protein per 150 cals of cereal is pretty amazing. I don’t exercise much other than some long daily walks but I like to have some high protein options on hand for days when I’ll be out and about and don’t know what I’ll be eating or when I know I have meals planned that are more veggie forward, such as mushroom tacos or cauliflower wings.

I could definitely taste that the cereal was made from non-traditional ingredients but it is good for what it is. If you expect a sugary and/or traditional American cereal you’ll be let down, but I think this product is good for what it promises and it can easily be sweetened with some maple syrup or fruit.

I don’t think I’d go out of my way to repurchase this but I would buy again if I see it for another good price.
