You may be tired with avo on toast…but this is no ordinary dish!! It’s listed on the menu on rye but I always substitute with sourdough…the bread is one of the freshest and most delicious I have ever had, it’s dressed with some sort of lemony, vinegar, olive oil dressing and seeds / chives - it’s the most delicious breakfasts ever!
