My favorite vegetable "meatballs" at Ikea. Now with a vegan composition. 🙂 Meatballs based on chickpeas, corn, peas, carrots and peppers with a little aroma of turmeric. Delicious! Served with couscous with grilled vegetables and a very good tomato and spinach ragout. Couscous can be exchanged for fries. 🙃

Moje ulubione klopsiki warzywne w Ikea. Teraz z wegańskim składem. 🙂 Klopsiki na bazie ciecierzycy, kukurydzy, groszku, marchewki i papryki z wyczuwalnym aromatem kurkumy. Pyszne! Serwowane z kuskusem z grilowanymi warzywami i bardzo dobrym ragout pomidorowo - szpinakowym. Kuskus można wymienić na frytki. 🙃
