This is a nice mix. I really like how small the cauliflower pieces are riced in this mix. It is mainly cauliflower but it’s nice that there are some add ins. This mix is unseasoned so you can really use it as you wish. I don’t look at riced veggies as a rice replacement but rather a way to add more veggies and more volume to a meal.
