Red Wine & Paprika Red Bean Sausage, Maitake Mushroom, Yogurt Charmoula

Morcilla is a traditional Spanish blood sausage. It was encased and on the dry side - the combination with the mushroom & yogurt was a real revelation.

While great - I do think this restaurant is a little over-priced. But it’s in Yaletown… so… makes sense.
