These have been great to keep at the cabin when I need to reach for a snack to bring on a hike or water adventure. They are great chilled too, but don’t need to be kept cold unless the individual pouch is open. I loved seeing the organic fruit choices and some added benefits with the flax. Extra bonus is they taste great and aren’t full of added sugars 💚
