Every roll from this restaurant is mind blowingly good as far as vegan sushi, but I will say that this roll isn’t one of my favorites personally. The part of this roll that I loved the most was the textures, as you can see in the picture there are lots of crunchy toppings that make eating each bite very satisfying. I personally wasn’t as wowed with the taste just compared to other rolls. The flavor mainly had this smokiness to it, though I will add that I’m not sure what it is but there’s something in that roll that has this fishy flavor that did impress me. I don’t think I’d order it again especially since it’s a bit pricier than other rolls but I’m very glad I tried it.
