Review of Cudaki at Vegemiasto by sammal

Baked potatoes stuffed with tofu, cashew cheese, chives, and almonds, served with cheesy nut-spinach sauce and smoked tempeh. On the side there is a small salad made from marinated zucchini and carrots, pickled cucumbers, and rucola. Tasty and filling. My portion count have used some more sauce, though.
