Mmmkay so... This is not a bad product at all. I think I'm just so used to eating regular pasta, that the taste and texture of this seems very foreign to my palette. Might just take some getting used to, but my first go at it didn't blow my mind. That being said, I am very fond of this brand in terms of their efforts in being sustainable, and keeping packaging in mind when approaching their products in a sustainable way. I also like that this is a good way for us vegans to get some extra protein into a meal, especially if you're having a lazy day and don't feel like excessive cooking. Will definitely buy it again and give it another go since I genuinely am a fan of this brand.
