There's a place in Dublin (reviewed last year) that I haven't been able to get to yet because of their late night hours and me staying 90 mins outside of the city. They have the best vegan #curry #cheese #chips and I was hoping these would love up to those. #nope! If you look closely you'll see they used #vegan #cheeseslices under the curry #sauce. As a Canadian and someone who takes eating #saucy and #cheesy chips/ #fries very seriously, slices are not a good choice here. Chunks or shreds, even a cheesy sauce if you're desperate, but slices that couldn't even get #gooey? That's #justwrong. The sauce was spicier than usual chip curry sauce is, but it was ok. Their #chips were at least, very nice and seemed to be chipped in house.
You have to specifically ask for the vegetarian/ vegan menu which I also don't love, but nice that they have it.

In South Africa we have a similar thing, where masala chips are coated with curry, cheese and salad, and wrapped in a roti. I love how different cultures have different versions of "loaded fries" and as a #potatolover and #carbivore , I want to try them all!
