Review of red rice bowl at Hopscotch Kitchen by moozoogabba

Lots going on in this bowl, spicy and colorful and healthy. Glad to see a Bloomington restaurant getting creative with vegan options. I ordered a bit later in the day and some of the ingredients seemed to have lost their vitality. I’ll have to go back again when they’re busier.
