These vegetable yakisoba noodles by Ajinomoto are soooo good and with a decent amount of veggies! Unfortunately yes in individual plastic packs that you just throw in the microwave and heat for a few minutes.
It is a perfect heat and eat quick meal! Great for students, work lunch or even for those #lazyvegan days when you just don’t wanna cook! I drizzled some sriracha on mine! Yum 😋
Not the healthiest of meals but packs a whopping 11g of protein per pack! 6 packs for $14.49! Not bad for 6 9oz meals!
Sodium is ridiculous at 1160mg but this wouldn’t be a daily meal. Packs 7g of plant fiber and only 2g of saturated fat which is good! It was so funny I was by the freezer reading the ingredients and a man walked by and said, “get them, they are relay good” 🤣😁
Definitely will keep these in the freezer!
