I picked up a box of these bites at Grocery Outlet during my lunch hour. Once I was back in the office I popped them in the air fryer.
Super convenient and tasty. The outside is so crispy. I dipped some nuggets in a kale and spinach dip for added goodness.
It was a satisfying lunch.
