Having had a bad experience with my last HelloFresh meal it was great to have one which worked out well. Fully vegan and #glutenfree and actually easy to prepare (not actually a ready meal - it's a #mealkit but there's no category on here for that!). This is a tasty and low fat meal high in protein and nutrition. Filling and no need to add rice as there are potatoes in the meal.
