Turf Surf & EarthのBaja Style Earth —Liz Maselliのレビュー（2023年5月22日）

So this is a cool concept. I had to have them explain, though, because I was a bit confused, haha. Basically, you pick between Surf, Turf, or Earth. ( 🌎 is vegan) These also represent the protein styles. Under the 'Earth' plates, you can choose from different tofu styles, chick'n, falafel, a lentil burger, or impossible meat. Then you pick your base, and then you either "Build your own Earth" or you choose a flavor style, they had 10 flavors. I was so overwhelmed with options, that I chose for an already curated flavor style. I ended up choosing the Baja Style Earth.

I chose the sautéed blackened tofu, seasoned spanish rice and the Baja Style came with guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, pico, red cabbage, and creamy house made Baja sauce. It was really fresh tasting. I loved the pico and guacamole. The tofu was interesting, because it was Baja Style it had a bit of a fishy taste to it. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular. I would like to try some of the other options they have. Even though they do serve animal products, they have a very large vegan menu and they don't cross contaminate, which is so awesome. I really appreciate that effort. The dishes are also reasonably priced, and this was under $12.
