Alvalle product is a wonderful account of Spanish Gazpacho. A gorgeous like one's mom real representation of Spain.
And yet there is also something that needs very urgent improvement, and that is its Packaging, that due to being in contact with an acidic medium (Gazpacho is acidic) leaches Heavy Metals in Particular Aluminium from Tetra Pak (though some also out of the metal materials in constant operation employed in making it) and chemicals (plastic packaging). It would be absolutely wonderful for the planet and all people's who love this product health that the packaging be exclusively changed to glass bottles. Not only it can be done, but also it is manageable and the Righteous thing to do. Aluminum is beneath all neurodegenerative conditions. How did we measure it? Via mass spectrometry and also corroborated by for instance Bio-resonance systems.
