I'm ...not sure exactly what part of this drink was roasted, they don't state on their socials and I forgot to ask because I kind of bought it on impulse. It tasted like basic sweetened oat milk (even though I opted for 0% sugar), I won't be purchasing this again, but I'll likely try out their other flavours.

Roasted usually refers to the tea leaves. For instance, there's a bubble tea brand in SG that offers roasted oolong. Hojicha is also roasted green tea.
