So good! Earl Grey and lemon pair perfectly. The lemon cookie is flavorful and chewy. Oat milk is the base of the creamy Earl Grey frozen filling.
This is a very satisfying and refreshing sandwich. Doe makes four other sandwich flavors to choose from. Doe’s ice cream sandwiches are available at the Doe shop, (where I purchased mine). I also learned they are available at various food carts, specialty grocery stores, and a couple of farmer’s markets in Portland, Oregon.
