Tip: to make it vegan, swap the fish sauce that comes on the side with a peanut sauce.
It was also good to add hoisin sauce and hot sauce.
Because I didn’t use the fish sauce, the noodle was kind of dry and stuck together.
The vegetarian pork was flavorful and good. It could use more vegetables since the noodle takes up a lot of portion in the dish.
