Great spring flavour that will stay on the menu for longer than just one month. The crumbles are crispy and sweet, the sugar glaze is very sweet and is nicely balanced by the rhubarb filling that has a nice tang! I was especially impressed by the whipped cream on top. It’s very stiff and silky and not too sweet.
