Simple #soy based vegetable #cream, it has a pleasant flavour overall. On its own I wouldn’t say it tastes good nor bad, it barely tastes of anything to be honest. Very neutral flavour without much to it. It has a slight soy aftertaste, but when used in cooking or baking I don’t notice it.
Since it is so #plain it’s very versatile.
It’s very smooth and does not lump easily. It has a nice creamy consistency, rich enough but for a cream it’s slightly on the more fluid side. If needed you can probably add a tiny bit of starch to thicken it up.
It is not the whippable kind.
Can be used in so many different meals! Casseroles, stews, curries, #creamy soups and all kinds of different #sauces. Pictured is a #quickandeasy pasta dish!
I really like that it comes in a smaller package! Makes it possible to use up the whole thing within the 5 days, so there is no food waste.
💵~34 NOK at Spar. It is more expensive compared to the other cream alternatives I see available, so I’ll have to check how those compare someday
Overall I really like it and would recommend it, I haven’t tried a lot of other creams but I have never had any issues with this one!
