Review of Eggs In Purgatory at True North by veganadam

Alright, I know.. It isn't a very vegan name. If you request it vegan, it's scrambled tofu though; no eggs! The base dish is just the scrambled tofu with sumac and rye sourdough toast. From the available options I chose avocado 🥑 and lemon 🍋. Lots of options; other than the poached/fried egg, bacon and marinated feta, they all look vegan. And not sure about the aioli.. 🤔
