Caramelized chunks of banana, served alongside seitan chicken-style chunks or tofu and red pepper, in a rich, creamy coconut korma sauce. With rice, chutney, naan and mini poppadoms.
My friend got this dish and I tried it: not for me.
As I often say, not a fan of coconut. Plus the combo of comunato and banana is too sweet for my taste.
I won’t rate it great but this is just to my taste! If you like sweet dishes you will love it.
