A homemade crispy, southern fried stile seitan fillet on a bed of fresh lettuce, sauce, red onions and pickles includes a side of rosemary fries and coleslaw.

This is the description on the menu and I honestly did not understand it would be a burger. But still enjoyed it very much. It was truly massive and the seitan burger did taste pretty nice.
Also the fries were really good.
I wanted to try some dessert but I was too stuffed to have a go 🤪
Super sweet service.
