I love this stuff- it used to be my go to but my local Walmart stopped carrying it. Luckily I found it at #groceryoutlet for only $1.99! It cooks up nicely with a really nice meaty texture with lots of flavor. I was able to roll the sausage into links and bake them- they turned out great that way. Then I tried to use those links to make a pancake sausage on a stick but that failed miserably. I need more practice, LOL. I have another roll that I'll use to make biscuits and gravy and maybe try more pancake sausages.
