A co-worker knew I’d be working late and thoughtfully ordered and picked up this dish for me before Choice’s closing time. 😍 What a satisfying meal! It’s probably the best entree at Choice, with ideal set of ingredients: warm organic black beans with organic basmati golden rice stacked with organic walnut + pumpkin seed mexi crumble, kula cabbage, organic coca farms lettuce, Waihee macadamia nut sour creme + organic cashew cheezy sauce, upcountry tomato salsa + fresh cilantro. 🤙 #MauiVegan
