A spring-inspired, mini-daffodil backdrop for Spring Rolls seemed fitting. 😊 🌼 These curry spring rolls by Lucky Foods are a delicious addition to any Asian- inspired meal, especially when air-fried. The sauce that comes with them is ok, but I prefer using my Akadi sauce instead (see recent Akadi sauce review).
These spring rolls are filled with cabbage, garbanzo beans, tofu, onion, green pea, and toasted unsweetened coconut among other ingredients.
I recommend trying them if you haven’t already!
