After having tried Violife cheese a couple times, I’m starting to prefer it over Daiya cheese. No offence to Daiya. And it’s just as ubiquitously available as Daiya. I also find this cheese is not wet, and I think it melts and tastes better. It’s more cheese-like! My mini pizza was fantastic with it.
Plant-based cheese has improved greatly over the years. Violife is clearly part of that progress. I’ll continue buying it.
