This is wonderfully authentic ramen. I consider myself somewhat of a ramen freak and this checked all the boxes for me. The broth was thick, rich, and delicious and it was carried by the noodles quite well. The noodles themselves were as good as any wheat noodles I have had, but they were firm enough to not rip and I do believe they are made fresh in house. The toppings were maybe a little bit sparse but good. The bowl came with half of a tomato that I enjoyed at the end which was a delicious explosion of broth and tomato umami. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone, however if I understand correctly there are only two vegan options on the menu, this and the spicy version of it and you must request the vegan noodles.
