Review of queso manchego - Violife by sofihuasteca

Wow! This was so good! As someone who grew up in Mexico and ate cheese before going vegan I can say this does taste similar as manchego, but it has been over ten years since I ate cheese so I could be wrong 🤣
I did not try melting it or anything yet.
