I recently started getting Hello Fresh dinner kits. As a vegan, there aren’t as many options as I would like however, their veggie dinners are often after to be modified by leaving certain ingredients out. This spicy bibimbap was entirely vegan, however, and SO GOOD! It was made with roasted zucchini and carrots, crumble plant-based burger patties, rice, and a spicy sauce. I would get this meal again! Cant wait to try more Hello Fresh meals!
