Amazing vegan tartar bought at Coop. The price was around 3.5 CHF. At first I have to admit I was a little grossed out because it does look like an actual tar-tar. Also in taste it kind of resembles one (not too much however, even when I used to eat meat tartar would gross me out in most cases, but this is much better). It’s also rich in protein and B12, so bonus points for that. Definitely recommend trying. #tartar #vegan #switzerland
