Been pretty busy at work so I indulge in easy peasy vegan 🌱 meal preparation. This mix is pretty good 👍🏿 but wayyyyyyy too much salt 🧂 and sugar.
Sure I could do better and healthier with a little time and courage 😅.
To savor sparingly ☺️
