I completely expected to hate this product on the basis of its extreme level of healthiness. I’ve also tried konjac noodles and the experience scarred me. However! This #edamame #fettucine is amazing! Not exactly the same as wheat #pasta, but it has a very enjoyable texture. And so much #protein! If you add some whole edamame, peas and broad beans, with a simple soy and sesame oil sauce, you have a very #healthy #highprotein #highfibre meal. You could even use them in a nice broth in place of the less healthy ramen options. I had this pasta for lunch and dinner today, and am still stuffed several hours later. Available at coles in Australia, I’ll be stocking up for sure.
