This was super thin crust/gluten free lol, think I might’ve overlooked it abit. The cheese was really ‘gooey’, it stuck to my mouth and you could taste the cauliflower in the cauliflower crust. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t that good either. Cooked faster than daiya but definitely prefer daiya over this. It kind of reminded me of a pita bread pizza I’d put together in elementary school lol
