These crunchy curls are a bit of a “healthier” crunchy Cheetos dupe made with pea, lentil and faba bean flours. They are a bit cheesy and quite flavorful. Crunchy and satisfying. They are pretty moorish!
This brand used to sell the same product but with dairy cheese; in 2022 they swapped out their non-vegan products to be fully vegan. It did take my local Sprouts some time to be rid of the non-vegan inventory. My guess is that they are fully replaced by now (March 2023) but it may be a good idea to read the bag carefully before purchasing just in case!
